Homecare Administrator

The goal of the Personal Caregiver Certificate Program at Winn College is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to provide quality care to clients in their homes or in residential care facilities. The program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the principles of caregiving, client care, safety, and ethics. Upon completion of the program, students should be able to provide compassionate and competent care to clients while ensuring their safety and dignity. The program also emphasizes the development of communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills to ensure that students are well-prepared to handle the challenges of providing care to clients in a variety of settings. Five courses are needed to complete this program.
