The goal of the Homecare Administrator Certificate program at Winn College is to provide students with the knowledge and skills required to effectively manage and operate a home care agency. The program aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the principles of home care, regulations and policies, financial management, marketing, and staff management. Upon completion of the program, students should be able to manage and operate a home care agency that provides quality care to clients while ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The program also emphasizes the development of leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure that students are well-prepared to handle the challenges of managing a home care agency.
